🚨 HIRING – QC MECHANICAL / WELDING INSPECTOR | OIL & GAS 🚨 📍 Location: Qatar 📅 Contract: 6 Months, Extendable 💼 Experience: 5+ Years We are hiring a QC Mechanical Inspector for an Oil & Gas project, focusing on welding and painting/coating inspection. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Conduct visual & dimensional welding inspections as per CSWIP 3.1, WPS/PQR Verify welder qualifications and welding consumable traceability Inspect surface preparation and painting/coating activities, including DFT, adhesion & holiday testing Monitor ITP hold/witness points and prepare inspection reports/NCRs Review material certificates and verify material traceability Coordinate with Client QA/QC and third-party inspectors during inspections and audits ✅ Requirements CSWIP 3.1 – Mandatory 5+ years Mechanical QC Inspection experience in Oil & Gas Strong welding inspection and painting/coating inspection experience BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 – Preferred Good knowledge of ITPs, NCRs and HSE requirements
