We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading digital banking transformation initiative. 🔹 Location: Qatar 📆 Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) 🌐 Language: English (Arabic preferred) ✅ Responsibilities: * Gather & document business/functional requirements * Create BRDs, FRDs, user journey maps & workflows * Collaborate with UX/UI teams (Figma) * Manage product backlog, user stories, Agile ceremonies * Analyse mobile app usage & customer journeys * Align stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence 🎓 Requirements: * 5+ years in banking/digital projects * Strong Agile, UX/UI, and mobile banking expertise * Excellent communication & stakeholder management
