Job Description

We’re looking for a Policies & Process Specialist with ACCA, ACA, or CPA to lead documentation, policy development, and risk-control mapping across our finance operations. ✅ Key Responsibilities: - Develop & maintain finance policies (aligned with IFRS) - Create SOPs, flowcharts (Visio), and process narratives - Perform risk & control mapping per RCEM - Support internal/external audits with proper documentation - Align processes across AP, AR, GL, FA, Tax, Payroll, Treasury - Train finance teams on policy & controls 🎓 Must Have: - ACCA, ACA, or CPA certification (mandatory) - 7+ years in Accounting/Finance - Experience in SOPs, risk-control mapping, internal controls 🔧 Preferred (Not Mandatory): - SAP (ECC/S4HANA), Telecom sector background - COSO, SOX, ICOFR
